We are buying hundreds of tons of maize and beans in anticipation of the beginning of school in January, and our second computer center will be open in January.
It has been a good and a hard five months back in Kenya. Please pray for our friend Michael; he has been in jail since September on charges that are ludicrous and the trial has been delayed four times because the truck that is supposed to take prisoners to trial is not working. The next scheduled trial day is this Wednesday, Dec. 14.
We marvel at what we are able to do because of you. May the joy of the Savior be deep in your heart during this special season.

PS In March we had the opportunity to meet Paul Smith when he sang at a fundraiser that some of our supporters coordinated for us. Paul is currently the Worship Pastor at First Baptist Colleyville. Some of you may remember Paul as the lead singer of the Imperials during the 1980s.
After the fundraising banquet Paul shared with us his desire to sow into the Kenya projects that we coordinate. Paul has recently released a new CD and is contributing some of the proceeds from the CD sales to our ministry in Kenya. Go to his website http://www.paulsmithsings.com and get a preview of the new release; click on “ministry” to see the information on the Kenya projects.
